    I have lived and rented in LA for about 12 years, Alina is one of the best buildings and best values. This is a solid and well built building, which is rare for newer construction. I have lived in buildings which were both newer and older, and the overall construction of this building is phenomenal, the walls are solid and you will not hear from your neighbors at all, we also have some of the best doormen in the city. Rasheed does a phenomenal job keeping tenants safe and is on top of things at all times. The building is located in an area that you can walk to just about anything. Whole Foods and LA live are just minutes away, there are countless restaurants that you will never get tired of. There is no guest parking, but there are plenty of inexpensive lots in the area. The amenities are top notch, and Alina features a beautiful 31st floor rooftop that my guests always are blown away by. Friends that are familiar with the area and have also lived here many years as I have, know Alina and know it is a good building.

    I've been living at Alina for almost 2 years and have enjoyed my time here. Every apartment has issues but the staff at Alina have always been helpful and quick to resolve the few issues I've had. Maintenance team are awesome and quick with request. The building is safe and always clean. If you're looking for a great place to live in DTLA I highly suggest you check out Alina apartments.

    My 3rd year living here and I love it! The floor to ceiling windows does it for me with amazing views. The maintenance is very attentive and detailed. Management has always been very welcoming. The concierge and front desk staff (Rasheed, D, & Charles) are truly the best, top tier! The location is perfect for walking as it's centered pretty much close to all the downtown attractions.
